How can I test the network speed of my VS Trader connection?

1. Open the command prompt window of your computer;

For Windows 7 and below, click the Start button, click Run, enter "cmd", and click to open the command prompt window

For Windows 7 and above, enter "cmd" in the search box and click to open the command prompt window

2. Enter the following commands in the opened command prompt dialog box;

ping api.vs6008.com and press Enter to obtain the network speed of the address

ping io.vs6008.com and press Enter to obtain the network speed of the address

ping trade.vstar.com and press Enter to obtain the network speed of the address

3. Take a screenshot of the obtained network speed and submit it to the customer service staff;
